Acharya Tarun Sagar (Jain Acharya)
Acharya Tarun Sagar was born on June 26, 1967, in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, India. He became a Jain monk at the young age of 13 and was later initiated as an Acharya. Known for his straightforward and bold discourses, often called “Kadve Pravachan” (bitter discourses), Acharya Tarun Sagar gained a large following. His teachings addressed contemporary social issues, making Jain philosophy accessible and relevant to modern audiences. He passed away on September 1, 2018.
